3. Booking and Payments

All bookings are subject to availability. Prices are subject to change without notice until full payment is received. You agree to pay all charges incurred by you or any users of your account at the price in effect when such charges are incurred.

We accept various forms of payment as indicated on our website. You represent and warrant that you have the legal right to use any payment method you provide to us.

4. Cancellations and Refunds

Cancellation policies vary by service provider. Some bookings may be non-refundable. It is your responsibility to review the cancellation policy for each booking before completing your purchase.

If you are entitled to a refund, we will process the refund within 14 business days of receiving all required information from the service provider. Please note that some service providers may impose additional fees or penalties for cancellations.

Wanderlust Adventures acts solely as an intermediary between you and travel service providers. We are not responsible for any acts or omissions of these providers, including without limitation, airline carriers, hotels, tour operators, and other suppliers.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, in no event shall Wanderlust Adventures be liable for any indirect, punitive, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of or in any way connected with your use of our services.

7. User Conduct

You agree to use our services only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You agree not to use our services:

- In any way that violates any applicable law or regulation

- To impersonate or attempt to impersonate Wanderlust Adventures, a Wanderlust Adventures employee, another user, or any other person or entity

- To engage in any other conduct that restricts or inhibits anyone's use or enjoyment of the services

8. Intellectual Property

All content included on our website, such as text, graphics, logos, images, and software, is the property of Wanderlust Adventures or its content suppliers and protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws.

9. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. All changes are effective immediately when we post them. Your continued use of our services following the posting of revised Terms means that you accept and agree to the changes.
